The 55th anniversary of the Lannilis was the opportunity to gather all our employees around cohesive and fun moments. This celebration reflects the corporate actions carried out over the past year to implement a Quality of Life at Work policy and work concretely in internal communication, sharing and team building.
The HR team and Management relied on the skills of the BONHEUR ET PERFORMANCE agency to lead this day in sub-groups on subjects which tackled the knowledge of our professions, our unique knowledge and know-how and of the recognition of all the actors of Algaia.
Animation, excitement, brainstorming, laughter and happiness lifted Algaia employees throughout the day, who hope to meet more often through unifying events to collaborate and get involved in the Algaia adventure.
