Algaia participated to the 8th European Phycological Congress (#EPC8) in Brest from the 20th to the 26th August.
Happening every four years, this eagerly awaited event gathered phycologists from all over the world.
🧪 From algal diversity to genomics, applied phycology or societal perception of seaweed, EPC8 covered a wide array of exciting topics both on micro- and macro-algae.
Algaia contributed to the discussions with a poster on brown seaweed and in particular sargassum in collaboration with the Université Bretagne Occidentale and Valérie Stiger-Pouvreau.
